Steve Kolber
President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve assumed his current position at Bull Moose Capital in 2016 after 10 years at the company. Prior to joining Bull Moose, Steve had various sales, marketing and finance positions with majority of his time at Xerox Corporation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Alberta, an MBA and is a CFA charter holder.
Davis Aycock
Chief Financial Officer
Davis joined Bull Moose Capital in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He previously worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Niska Gas Storage and EnCana Corporation where he evaluated various investment and divestiture opportunities. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria and a MBA from the University of Calgary.
Christie Guirguis
Vice President, Operations
Christie began working at Bull Moose Capital in 2013 and became the VP of Operations in 2017. Prior to joining Bull Moose Capital, Christie’s background was primarily in engineering, design and fabrication of gas compression equipment with Toromont, and Compass Compression. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a professional engineer with APEGA.
Marty Holzinger
VP Sales & Marketing
Marty brings over 25 years’ experience in technical sales, rental and marketing expertise in compression, power, and process equipment in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Bull Moose Capital in 2024, Marty’s extensive business development background included the design, engineering, and fabrication of equipment as the Director of Sales and Marketing with Compass Energy Systems as well as Enerflex and Weatherford Compression. Marty is a Certified Engineering Technologist with ASET.
Rob Hadden
Business Development
Rob joined the Bull Moose Capital team in 2009 and continues to be an integral part of the company’s ongoing success. Prior to, Rob spent three years in sales with a natural gas compression manufacturer and has previously held positions in marketing and sales in the technology sector.
Warren Tremblay
Project Manager/Engineering Lead
Prior to joining Bull Moose Capital in 2019, Warren previously worked at Bidell Gas Compression with a multitude of duties in applications, project managing, engineering, design fabrication, field construction and retrofitting of gas compression equipment. With a decade of oil and gas experience Warren continues to refine and develop these skills with the Bull Moose team. Warren is a Project Management Professional with PMI, and Certified Engineering Technologist with ASET.
Steve Watson
Technical Service Manager
Steve, a gas compression expert with 30+ years’ experience, joined Bull Moose Capital in June 2023. He’s worked globally, including in Northern Russia and Kazakhstan, and has led technical services at Bidell Gas Compression. His extensive background encompasses gas compression packaging, commissioning, troubleshooting, and compressor optimization. Steve is known for his dedication to finding practical solutions to challenging problems through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Steve holds a Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certificate and Certified Engineering Technologist with ASET.
